Lea Blinoff
Head of SolutionsLea is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst with over 30 years experience in the Financial Services industry.
She is Head of Solutions at Vestrata, responsible for structuring and curating discretionary and advisory investment solutions for our clients.
Lea has held senior leadership positions in capital markets, equity derivatives and private banking/wealth management, working with Barclays de Zoete Wedd, Salomon Brothers, JP Morgan and HSBC, where she was a member of the Board of Directors of HSBC Private Bank (UK) Ltd. Most recently, Lea was Managing Director at Credit Suisse (UK) Ltd, head of Advisory & Sales. She chaired the Front Management Committee and Product Approval Committee, and was a member of the Client Solutions Board. She was Head of Discretionary & Advisory solutions at JP Morgan Private Bank, HSBC Private Bank & Credit Suisse UK. Additionally, she is a founding member of The Prince’s Trust Women’s Leadership Group, served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Jamie Oliver Foundation and Chair of the Development Board for Beanstalk Charity.
Lea holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.), from Queen Mary University School of Law and MSc Finance from the London Business School. Based in London, Lea has lived and worked in New York, Geneva and Hong Kong.
Mark Le Lievre
Co-Founder & CEOMark is a wealth management veteran with over 30 years experience building, growing and restructuring investments capabilities at the world’s largest wealth managers.
He is the Chief Executive Officer of Vestrata. Mark drives the strategy and direction of Vestrata, and leads a team of industry experts who are dedicated to delivering differentiated investment solutions.
Previously, Mark headed UBS Wealth Management’s Global Content Management team where he was responsible for manager sourcing, due diligence and product structuring of traditional and alternatives investments, including funds, hedge funds, private equity and real estate. In addition, Mark co-led UBS’ sustainable investing and impact investment initiatives, including the development of a world class sustainable discretionary mandate and a private markets impact capability. In addition, he ran JPMorgan Private Bank’s Product and Platform team, where he was responsible for product management and the delivery of strategic business and regulatory initiatives globally.
Mark graduated from Macquarie University Sydney, in Economics and Accounting. He is based in Greenwich, Connecticut and has worked and lived in New York, Geneva, London, Zurich and Sydney.
Kim Lennen
Co-Founder & CTOKim is a Senior Technology Executive with over 25 years experience delivering innovative technology solutions to large Financial institutions.
He is the Chief Technology Officer for Vestrata, primarily responsible for the architecture, build and delivery of our complex investment solutions platform and managing the eco-system of technology partners.
With previous roles as CTO at JPM CIB as global head of derivatives clearing, CTO for JP Morgan Private Bank (Europe) and CTO Goldman Sachs Investment banking, derivatives clearing, he brings significant thought leadership and experience in technology architecture, application development, strategic planning, technology vendor management and delivery of large scale transformation programmes. With a track record including delivering digital strategy solutions (cloud/mobile), managed services (ITO/BPO) and client engagement portals, Kim is a commercially acute technologist who has additionally delivered significant process improvement and cost leverage to wealth mangers and banks.
Kim graduated from Bard College and Columbia University in Economics and Political Sciences. He is based in Geneva and has lived and worked in London, New York and Paris.
Eric Laget
Chief Legal OfficerEric brings 30 years of fund management and legal experience from the asset management and alternative investment industry.
At Vestrata, Eric is the Chief Legal Officer. Starting his career advising corporate finance and hedge fund clients for Willkie Farr & Gallagher, a U.S. law firm, based both in New York and Paris. He joined JP Morgan Investment Management Inc. in 1997 based in London as in-house counsel responsible for the group’s non-U.S. fund management businesses. In 2000, Eric was JPMorgan Alternative Asset Management’s London-based hedge fund specialist in charge of product management, sales and marketing of the firm’s single manager, multi-manager and structured hedge fund products in the EMEA region.
In 2002, Eric joined Alternative Investments SA, a boutique alternative asset management firm, as a partner and chief operating officer. Since 2009, Eric has provided senior executive oversight or been interim Chief Operating Officer for multiple asset and fund management firms in the UK and continental Europe. These appointments focussed on structuring, start-up, operating and marketing for alternative investment funds.
Eric is a graduate of New York University School of Law and Paris X University Law School. He is based in London and has lived and worked in New York and Paris.
Tim Riseborough
CFO & COOTim is a senior leader across Finance, Strategy and Operations with over 20 years of experience in Financial Services and Industry.
He is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Vestrata. Tim is responsible for the planning, management and reporting of the company’s finances. He is also responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Vestrata.
Having begun his career at ExxonMobil, Tim held senior positions at Goldman Sachs (Head of Finance for Corporate Services), WestLB Asset Management, Credit Suisse (including UK COO across investment banking, asset management and private banking), RBS, Barclays Capital and Nomura (as Global Head of Finance for Equities and later EMEA Chief of Staff). Most recently, he was Global COO for HSBC’s Commercial Banking Finance function and programme head for a number of HSBC-wide initiatives in HR and Finance. Tim has a track record of delivering transformation projects, having played lead roles in the restructuring of businesses and functions. He is also passionate about the “people agenda” having been sponsor for numerous people initiatives at Credit Suisse, RBS, Barclays Capital and HSBC.
Tim is a graduate of Durham University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He is based in London.
Arun Sinha

A senior global marketing executive with 30 years of experience in the Technology, Fintech, Financial Services and Insurance sectors.
Specialising in building brand, image and reputation with customers, employees, media, the financial markets and regulators, Arun has a track record of growing brands to top-100 Global Brands. His expertise is in providing growth to become market leader through change management, data analytics, digital marketing, and customer experience. He has launched 28 new brands and consolidated hundreds of brands to create effective portfolio management.
Arun was Global Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Zurich Financial, Pitney Bowes, JP Morgan Wealth Management and MSCI. In addition, he is a Board member of a digital agency, teaches marketing at Yale School of Management, is a media commentator and author of several highly acclaimed business strategy books including “Sweet Spot: How to Maximize Marketing for Business Growth”. He was awarded “Chief Marketing Officer of the Year” and “Marketer of the Year”.
A graduate of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication and Michigan State University, Arun is based in New York.
Doug Wurth
ChairmanDoug led both Wealth and Asset Management businesses during his nearly 20 years at J.P Morgan. He was Chief Executive Officer of Alternative Investments for J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he managed businesses with over $120 billion in alternative assets. Prior to that role, he was the Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan’s International Private Bank, where he led the expansion of the franchise in Asia, Latin America and Europe while based in New York, Hong Kong, and London. Earlier, Doug served as global head of J.P. Morgan Private Bank’s Alternative Investments Group in London and New York, which sourced, structured and monitored funds, separate accounts, and directs.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Doug practiced law at the New York firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and served as General Counsel to former U.S. Senator Robert Dole’s 1996 presidential campaign.
Doug is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.A.) and the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D.). He serves on the board of several private technology companies, the American Ballet Theatre, and resides in New York.
